Andrea specializes in Energy Law and contracts. He assists companies and private and public bodies in the energy sector and in the development of projects for the construction of new power plants and plants for the production of energy from conventional and renewable sources. He has developed a profound experience regarding the rules and problems relating to the regulated sectors of electricity and gas, in the preparation and negotiation of "strategic contracts", such as procurement contracts (EPC) and "operation and maintenance" contracts (O&M).

He assists Italian and foreign clients and investors in the assessment and construction of plants for the production of electricity from renewable sources and integrated systems for the supply of energy services, as well as problems relating to incentive mechanisms, such as the "Energy Bill" and the "Green Certificates".

He has developed an extensive knowledge in the energy sector, heavily involved in the liberalization processes accomplished at EU level. Assistance is provided to all the public and private acting parties, investors, producers, financiers, suppliers, managers and traders.

Special attention is dedicated to the field of renewable energy.

In-depth knowledge of the Italian stock exchange market. Trading and consultancy on the optimization of the purchase and sale of electricity on intraday markets and ahead through the use of algorithms guided by artificial intelligence.
