Angelika’s main areas of expertise are corporate law and commercial law. Her practice focuses on reviewing and drafting various types of agreements and corporate documents. Angelika can be considered an expert with regards to many different types of agreements. These include but are not limited to sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements and share purchase agreements. Angelika has the required knowledge to provide legal advice on the formation, regulation and legal compliance of companies in Cyprus. Through her work, Angelika aims to provide clients with all the necessary support and information, in order to assist them with strategic planning for business growth in Cyprus and abroad. An additional skill that Angelika possesses is the ability to provide support to clients in relation to corporate transactions, commercial contracts and in general assist clients with all aspects of running and enhancing a business in Cyprus.
