Anna’s main areas of expertise are corporate, commercial and banking law. Her practice focuses on reviewing and drafting of all types of agreements and corporate documents such as, share pledge and floating charge agreements related to the corporate and banking sectors, share purchase agreements, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements and commercial agreements. She is experienced in providing legal opinions and advice on domestic and international legal matters. She can assist in the formation, regulation and legal compliance of Cypriot companies and she is skilled in the preparation of due diligence reports. Anna aims to provide each client with high level of support and to generally assist in the strategic planning for business growth in Cyprus and abroad.
