Annual Company Levy for 2022

​The Registrar of Companies announced that the deadline for payment of the Annual Levy by registered companies for the year 2022 without imposing additional penalties has been extended to 31st of December 2022.

From today until 11/07/2022 the annual levy can only be settled at the Registrar of Companies’ cashier desks.

For a refund of any penalty imposed in regards to the late payment of the Annual Levy for the year 2022, the applicant must submit the application form KE1,to the Registrar of Companies.
