Helene Desiree Mitsis joined Achilles & Emile, Constantinos Emilianides LLC in 2018 and she is now an associate practicing lawyer in the litigation team, specialized in Constitutional, Public and Administrative Law, European Law and Competition Law. She has handled cases mainly before the Administrative and Supreme Court of Cyprus. At the same time, Helene joined the advisory department of Emilianides Katsaros LLC and more specifically the GDPR team. Helene offers data-protection services to private and public, national and international, entities.
Prior to joining our team, Helene completed her vocational training at the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus and more precisely at the European Union Law Section. She passed the bar exam in June 2017 with Excellent. Helene has also interned at the European Court of Justice (Cabinet of Judge Constantinos Lycourgos) prior to joining the firm.
At the same time, Helene undertakes a PhD at University Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne on the ‘The procedural rules of internal market law’.
