EK NicosiaEK-OS LTD seeks to recruit an IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist for its office in Nicosia.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
-Provide technical support to lawyers and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
-Oversee network and cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
-Support and administer the firm’s telephony system (3CX / VoIP / Yealink).
-Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
-Monitor and maintain printers, scanners, and office devices.
-Manage IT vendors and service providers when required.
-Plan and implement IT upgrades, patches, and system improvements.
-Administer and support the office’s physical access control system (access cards, electronic locks, and permissions management).
-Design, configure, and maintain the firm’s Disaster Recovery (DR) plan and backup strategy, aligned with ISO 27001 requirements.
Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven experience in IT administration within a professional environment (law firm experience is a plus).
-Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking.
-Familiarity with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems.
-Experience with firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, backup solutions, and endpoint protection.
-Experience with access control systems (card readers, door systems) considered an advantage.
-Experience in developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery plans and knowledge of ISO 27001 standards is highly desirable.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
-High level of integrity and confidentiality, essential for working in a legal environment.
-Strong communication skills in [English and/or Greek, depending on office needs].

Working hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
