Marina Gkourtzieva earned her bachelor's degree in law with a full academic scholarship from the University of Frederick in 2019. During her academic journey, Marina actively engaged in simulation programs of the United Nations Assemblies, representing various countries. She became a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2020. The following year, she pursued further education and obtained an LL.M. in International Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of York.
Marina handles all kinds of corporate and regulatory matters. In addition, she specialises in Intellectual Property law, where she manages all applications both to the Intellectual Property Registrar in Cyprus and EUIPO. Her expertise extends to matters relating to the protection of trademarks, copyrights, and designs. Marina also deals with disputes in these areas, providing comprehensive legal support.
