Since 2018, Nikoletta’s main area of practice is banking law with specialization in banking consultation, debt recovery and restructuring methods. She advises major banks and credit-acquiring companies in several matters, which include, among others, debts’ restructurings, insolvency, enforcement of securities, sale and acquisition of immovable property and the compulsory sale of mortgaged immovable property, and she undertakes these procedures until their final stage. Nikoletta also acts for a number of major clients on financing-related matters and she drafts contracts (i.e. collaterals etc) tailored to their needs. Furthermore, she undertakes the negotiation process and the out-of-Court discussions with the debtors on behalf of our clients. Nikoletta's knowledge extends to many other aspects of law, such as tort law, administration of estate, insolvency, family and contract law, as she has dealt with civil commercial litigation in the past years.
