Polina joined the Advisory Department of our firm in September 2022. Following her admittance to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2019, Polina acquired diverse work experience in civil litigation. Her practice entailed commercial and corporate disputes as well as matters of banking and family law. She further dealt with debt recovery cases, the undertaking of enforcement measures, and also provided legal support and representation in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. During her postgraduate studies, Polina specialized in copyright law and, in particular, European copyright law. She currently deals with Banking, Commercial and IP law matters. Her work in these fields focuses on the review of legal documents and contracts, the drafting of court applications and the issuance of legal opinions.
